We start by reviewing your project requirements to provide pricing along with a detailed value proposition including expected energy savings, scheduling benefits and, if applicable, surfacing system savings. We also provide scheduling guidance to allow your GC and associated subs to provide accurate installation schedules and costs.
Contract execution starts the detailed engineering and detailing process. Approval drawings are reviewed with your architect and builder until every detail is defined.
Upon final approval, tekR provides a complete package for permit submittal and review. Engineering calculations are also provided as they relate to the tekR system.
Once all drawings are approved a final delivery schedule can be defined. A tekR representative will be on site to train your crew to help assure your schedule is met.
